About Me...

Lisa Tunney is a metaphysician with an accessible approach. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from U.C. Berkeley and a Master’s Degree in Metaphysics from the American Institute of Holistic Theology. Additionally, she teaches Shamanism, Reiki, Intuition Development, Meditation and spends time thinking about the meaning of life. She is also an organic food and green living advocate. Through the various avenues of teaching she pursues, she integrates laughter, intuition, storytelling, and most importantly, it is her goal to help guide others to listen to their own Inner Wisdom.

Surrender

I wasn't watching a lot of TV when the movie The Color Purple came out and because of this, I had not seen any commercials for it. Not knowing what it was about, I was ambivalent when my friend rented it for us to watch...that is until it started. I was nicely surprised to see that it is one of the most beautiful films ever made--and now Oprah tells her personal back story behind her part in it. She shares her passion for the book and how she wanted to play a role in the film. She shows the creation process through the Law of Attraction, and in the end she shares her final surrender, where she makes room to allow the Universe to take care of the manifestation of her desire.
