In Gregg Braden's The Isaiah Effect he discusses how the birth of a child is a miracle. However, if you do not know the end result it might be terrifying. One sees the mother's face contorted. She screams in pain and there is blood. Without the foreknowledge that the child will emerge through this process, it would seem like a devastating event. This is exactly what is going on in the Consciousness of our planet. We are going through a Spiritual Rebirth and it is painful. The economy is hurting, war exists around the world and the Earth itself has made its shakes, rattles and rolls known to us bringing devastation to various parts of the world. We are feeling the discomfort of childbirth. Since this does not occur every day we are mostly unaware that this is actually a miracle taking place. The end result will be a dynamic awakening.
