Insecurity is Exhausting

I love this quote so much, I wanted to share it with you. From the words of Anne Morrow Lindbergh, "The most exhausting thing in life...is being insecure." Sue Patton Thoele expanded upon this idea by adding, "Insecurity is exhausting, because it's riddled with fear and, therefore, barricades us from our hearts. Fear and love cannot coexist, and so, when we are in a state of fear, we cannot access the love that surrounds us constantly."
