At the Energetic Healing Circle this week there was a common theme that everyone had a lack of energy lately. The Universe reminded me that initially a caterpillar goes about his business doing his thing. Then he cocoons himself for a
time, seemingly not moving. However, inside that cocoon a lot is happening. When he is ready, he breaks open the cocoon to become the beautiful butterfly he was always meant to be.

So, if you are lacking in energy and in need of rest, just remember that inside there IS a lot going on to help re-shape who you are so that you too can come out as a beautiful butterfly when you are ready.
